Declaration

The lchiyokai Group shall devote its energies to the creation of the fresh and the profound, working constantly in the cause of the art of the new age.
The lchiyokai Group, refusing to be bound by any. Conventional restrictions on the artist's work, shall recommend whatever is vital and new, imperfect though it may be, and shall work incessantly to open up new paths where none have trod before.
